Nothing on this site, in the app, or in any message we send you is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. tapebull.com is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Risk
Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any signal, backtest, or strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Your account
An account requires a Google sign-in, and you must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. Keep control of the Google account you sign in with — anyone who can use it can use yours. One account per person. We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the service, to scrape it in bulk, or to share paid access with people who have not paid.
Plans and invite codes
Accounts start on the free plan, which sees a reduced set of strategies. A valid invite code moves your account to a paid plan at no charge. Codes may expire, run out of uses, or be withdrawn, and they carry no cash value — they cannot be sold or exchanged for money. Paid checkout is not yet available, so no money changes hands today. What each plan includes may change as the product develops.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Signals, backtests, and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
Market data
Data provided for free by IEX. By accessing or using IEX Historical Data, you agree to the IEX Historical Data Terms of Use.
Acceptance and changes
By creating an account or using the service you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. We may update them from time to time; the date above records the most recent change. Questions go to our support address.
